Josh, Louis and Mehran were absolute professionals! Incredibly helpful and friendly, they made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. We booked 2 pods but their excellent packing meant we only needed 1, and they took fantastic care of all of our items.
The booking process was also a breeze - the customer service person we talked to was super helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Top marks - would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

I cannot praise the two guys who returned my stuff from storage (Alex and John(I think)). They were so considerate and ensured they covered all my carpets to avoid any mess. They worked so hard and were willing to put items in specific rooms etc when asked. Nothing was too much bother for them! They managed to work so hard to empty my two pods in well under the hour. Could not recommend them more!! Made the stress of moving much easier as they were lovely, considerate and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The chaps were amazing very helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble …even struggling to get a very heavy washing machine up into a high storage container didn’t dampen their good mood …. I’m not aware of any damage to my goods as I have not yet had my goods returned if they are damaged on return I will report it to easyJet storage as I have taken out their insurance in case of any damage caused
