A lovely place for families with young children. We have invested in the season ticket so we can go on a regular basis. Sometimes we don't even see the animals, just the dinosaurs, soft play, playgrounds etc is enough!

Love this place, the shadow a keeper for a day experience is totally amazing the staff have turned passion for the place and the animals. It is a smaller than some zoos but this is a good thing as you are closer to the animals. Great play areas for the kids. Animated dinosaurs, one of the best zoos around.

I had the best day ever! The zoo was so quiet due to being school term time. All staff were friendly and helpful. We went for the big cat experience for my birthday and omg the experience did not fail! I have never had such an amazing time. I would recommend it too everyone! Hannah the zoo keeper was so friendly and made me feel safe in the experience and Siberia the tiger was so well behaved! I will never forget this birthday treat!

The pick up guys gave me a call in advance to let me know they were coming, parked as close as they could with no fuss and were very helpful in moving my stuff into the van. It’s been a smooth service so far with Easystorage end to end, from customer service on the phone and especially to the guys who helped load the van. Only development point is the chat service on the website, it’s good it’s not automated but they don’t have access to customer data so they can’t really help you.

Pick-up in Walton Vale, Merseyside couldn't have been better. Van with pods arrived exactly at the time promised and contents of house were loaded 5 minutes within the allotted time (it would have been easy for the operatives to have stretched it into another paid hour but they didn't - unlike some other companies I have used for utility repairs etc).
Return of contents to new house in Huddersfield 4 weeks later didn't go quite so smoothly as the team were delayed on a previous job but we were given updates on arrival time so were not unduly inconvenienced. The unloading and return of contents went as well as the pick-up. Would certainly use again - a great stress-free move.
