Been here many times but never at this time of year. Was not at all busy mainly due to cold and covid so was kinda nice as there was no crowds and you were not trying to fight people to get good views in certain areas. We saw santa, the wait was not long at all and was free. If you wanted the pictures you had to do them at one of the gift shops and select the picture and you could make a frame or a xmas ball and so on. My son had a great time seeing the animals and playing. Good for all the family. Although cold it was a good day out and looks amazing with the tree and all the xmas lights once its dark.

I was never aware of Easy store until a flyer came through my door. I called the number and spoke to a really helpful man who explained the process, price etc and booked me in. I was really happy with the price and the whole set up. They kept in touch with reminders before move day. On the day itself I was called prior to their arrival and I couldn't be happier with the way the two men worked. They were friendly, hard working and really cared for my possessions. I was amazed at how well they packed the pods. That is some skill!!!
My only advice for anyone who needs removal and storage is definitely use this company but also make sure you plan out exactly how much stuff you have before deciding how many pods you need i went for 3 originally but needed 4, also don't bank on the loading only taking one hour, I had a 3 bed semi and it took 3 hours so you need to factor that into your price.
Can't recommend them enough really really pleased.

I can honestly say that my entire experience in using this company from the initial customer service experience to the collection of my items was exceptional. The two loaders, Barry and Darren were both professional, polite and really went the extra mile to ensure i was happy. They packed difficult fragile items with care and attention. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I really cant express how happy i am with my experience in using this company. I would not hesitate in recommending this service and company to any prospective customer seeking storage.
