The guys who came to drop off my stuff were very professional and friendly. This was in great contrast to first time around when the sofa I was previously advised could go into a pod wouldn’t actually go in. So I ended up paying a racking fee for that as well as a pod.
The two guys who came to drop off the items redeemed my view of Easy Storage somewhat. Especially as I had to get the sofa into my shed, they were so helpful. It was so refreshing compared to the nightmare experience when I used another firm to move my belongings only a few days earlier.
