My experience of the removal and delivery of the furniture was excellent. The drivers were efficient and the experience went generally smoothly without problems. Unfortunately my problems with this company arose as a consequence of the aftercare and billing procedure. A charge was deducted from my account nearly a month after my furniture was removed. When I called to question this they stated that I went over my assigned time and I apparently signed off on this on the day of the move. The invoice that I signed on the day had my assigned time typed but separately a time written on the top corner by the driver, of which I was not aware of on the day. I called several times to discuss this with the company but there was no answer. Eventually they responded after a week. The response was quite abrasive and unapologetic of which was not my experience when liaising with other members of the team.
The inability of the person I liaised with to accept constructive feedback about their billing procedure was disappointing, as it sullied my overall positive experience. I would suggest that they just need to make a few simple changes to dramatically improve their aftercare. This would begin by telling the customer on the day that they are being charged for more than they initially agreed. This could also be followed up my a courtesy email and invoice as confirmation of the charge. It would also be helpful if they did not wait for a long period of time to deduct the payment. This was offer clarity and transparency for all involved and overall more positive experience.

What can I say - these guys were great. I had a unique situation with a rather large sofa needing to go over a balcony and down two flights of stairs. Not a nice or easy job but they went above and beyond to make sure we got it down in time for me to be out of the flat. They were quick and efficient on everything else and had good banter and smiles throughout. The loading of everything else went smoothly and really quick so I was really happy all round. I would definitely recommend the team, the storage boxes are ideal too - so simple and quick. Genius! I'd definitely use them again.
