What an amazing company! From start to finish the customer service has been top notch. When booking I had no idea what I needed / was after really but 45 mins later & Anneshia had me sorted! Prior to moving day I received 2 emails on separate days confirming my booking. On the day, I rang the customer service team and requested mattress protectors (sorted no problem) and then got a call from the loaders to confirm they were on their way….we had 3 loaders & 5 pods. Tom & his team were extremely well organised and used every inch of space available whilst ensuring they packed with care. I would highly recommend using easystorage! Good price, great customer service, secure pods, removals included.

The two man team Peter and Richard who came today were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I was contacted before their arrival to give a likely time of arrival and they arrived bang on time.
I would definitely use this storage company again.
