The collection was easy to arrange and the communication with both the customer service as well as the driver was very efficient and quick. The only downside is the fact there is no smaller pods than 35feet as I only needed half that size. If the smaller pods were provided, it would be more cost effective also.

Thank you for making the process of our household items so straight forward and simple. Communication was good and kept us informed and prepared throughout the process. Both men who assisted us in our move were very helpful, friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. When we had a problem with needing to retrieve an item, they gave us a quick solution and were extremely helpful and understanding.

Amazing experience. I contacted the company one month ago and not disappointed at all. Each time I had something to clarify, they called me back straight away. I needed to change the time slot since the moving was planned for a Saturday, I contacted the company and the next day I received a confirmation email with changes, according to my request. When the week with moving started, I received a reminder with all the details, including payment and T&C. The same with two and one day before. I have been told that the moving team will call me with 30-45 minutes before in order to give me time to get there. Indeed, they called me with 45 minutes before according to their estimation based on traffic etc but they were 10 minutes earlier there. Amazing team, very polite, with lots of respect, with a can-do attitude, working with a smile on their face and each time I thanked them, they answered always with "my pleasure". This is excellent customer service provided, extremely rare nowadays. They were very professional all the time, lots of experience in arranging everything, closing, sealing the pod, inviting to take a picture etc. Wonderful experience, strongly recommend.
