I have been working at IHC for almost a year as a senior care practitioner , the contract manager Kelly is very supportive towards her team and is always avalinble to speak to. We are very person centred, ensuring our care plans are centered around each individual care needs, researching any medical information that is required to help support the individuals we are supporting. Clients can contact us directly and we will endeavour to ensure that there requests have been upheld, this could be changes in the times they are having or additional calls that's are required. This is the best thing I have done moving from working in residential to working in care in th Community.
Training that is provided is amazing, ensuring the training is kept upto date, currently most of our training is covered by on-line at the moment due to the pandemic, the training is in depth. IHC encourages there care team to progress with in the company. We have an amazing team.

I'm not normally a great lover of a Zoo, I am always concerned that the animals are not kept in optimum conditions and can look distressed. However, my visit to Paradise Wildlife park was very good. The animals, on the whole, looked very happy and you can see that further improvements to their environment are ongoing.
My two grandchildren found the Dinosaur walk good fun and the animations were good.
There is adequate parking and facilities in general were good and well maintained.
I chose a poor day to go, weather wise, yet still managed to stay for 5 hours; something of a record for me.

Great for day out with kids. Caffè, food, kids play area, a lot to see really. Wish for good weather as you will have a lot of walking around.

Great family day out with something for visitors of all ages. We had 2 babies in our group and most of the paths were buggy friendly. Food and drink was pricey but then it usually is at places like this.

Lovely place. We came here for my sons birthday as we had seen the dinosaur videos uploaded in lockdown and thought it would be perfect for my dinosaur enthusiast son ! It was amazing as was the rest of the park. A great size for people with smaller children to go too as you can get around comfortably. The enclosures are well thought out and spacious for the animals which is something I feel strongly about. The only slight gripe was having to pay extra for the dinosaur train which really wasn't a long train ride for 1.50 pp. I feel that should be in the ticket price for the park x
