This was the second time I used easyStorage. I would recommend them highly - not only for the obvious cost savings but also for the employees. Everyone I have met so far instills a sense of trust. Important when they are looking after my worldly possessions!

Just had the delivery back of my pods and it was a fantastic experience. The unloaders were really efficient and put everything exactly where I asked. They were also really lovely to talk to and made it a pleasurable experience.
All of my belongings which have been in storage for 4 months now have come back in tact. My only word of warning is that a few metal items have come back with small patches of rust on them, so the storage warehouse must be a little damp. No issue for me, but for people who are looking to store metal items of value, this might not be the storage solution for you.

Right from the beginning with Raymond at Easy Storage l felt valued as a customer and treated respectfully. Straight away my wife and l decided without looking at other quotations that at Easy Storage we were home and can chill about stress of moving home.
The trio led by Sam that came to pick up our stuff was excellent. I felt as though l knew them all along very kind professionals whose art of packing stuff in a small area- utilising space fully is awesome. Good luck to the two lads being mentored by Sam about Easy Storage work skills, she is a brilliant and caring teacher.

Very impressed with the service received. Before the date of collection I received an email reminding me of the important details. On the day the team rang to let me know they were on the way. It did take longer than an hour to pack up the pods but I was expecting that as we had so much stuff. The three man team were fantastic- discussed everything with us and didn't stop for the three hours it took. On leaving they went through all the details with me and then advised me for when I want the items returning. Really pleased with the high level of communication and I'm confident my items will be well cared for in storage.

I was apprehensive, never having used a storage facility before. However, from an initial problem booking on line ( the calculator for space needed is excellent), polite and well spoken call backs, to needing to change the date which was facilitated easily to the 3 men arriving to face removal from my 5th floor flat, one man on his first day! On time. friendly helpful etc. I assisted with smaller items & saved time having items in my van. It was decided there was no extra time taken, no extra charges therefore and because of their skill in packing the pods, I did not need the second one and this would be credited!! I was relieved, reassured and very pleased. Make this your first choice.

The service was impeccable, the packers and drivers arrived right on time with 20 minute notice and were so friendly. The packing up of the pods took less than 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Josh, Louis and Mehran were absolute professionals! Incredibly helpful and friendly, they made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. We booked 2 pods but their excellent packing meant we only needed 1, and they took fantastic care of all of our items.
The booking process was also a breeze - the customer service person we talked to was super helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Top marks - would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
