Pick-up in Walton Vale, Merseyside couldn't have been better. Van with pods arrived exactly at the time promised and contents of house were loaded 5 minutes within the allotted time (it would have been easy for the operatives to have stretched it into another paid hour but they didn't - unlike some other companies I have used for utility repairs etc).
Return of contents to new house in Huddersfield 4 weeks later didn't go quite so smoothly as the team were delayed on a previous job but we were given updates on arrival time so were not unduly inconvenienced. The unloading and return of contents went as well as the pick-up. Would certainly use again - a great stress-free move.

Was originally in Big Yellow but they put their prices up so I decided to look around. Easystorage were great, they offer a “switcher” deal where they sent a van, loaded my stuff and transported everything to their easyStorage depot. I didn’t even have to be there!
I am now pay less than I originally was with the other storage company and have a price promise that the price will never increased during my stay and it cost nothing to move...perfect.
My thanks to the friendly team it has been a pleasure.

From enquiry to loading the lorry was amazing - incredibly professional and helpful. we had booked to many pods but cancelled one on the day no problem. Refund was issued in 2 days - just outstanding service.

My experience with easy storage was unbelievably good. I was able to book a pickup and storage the day before. The agent I spoke to was very nice and professional and gave me good advice on how much storage space I needed. They were at my home the next morning and packed all my things quickly and carefully. I am so happy I found them. The prices are also very reasonable.
Lee lead the team that came to pick up my things and he was very professional and efficient. He also checked with me several times to ensure he got everything. It was a great experience with Easy storage!
