I as booked storage drop off at my new flat between 2 and 4. David called me in the morning and offered to come early if I wanted. I agreed and they were already there when I arrived. Recognised David as he moved me out of my old flat 3 months ago. Both David and Garry were friendly, efficient and very careful. They also gave me a New Home card which was a lovely touch. Great customer service!

Last time I moved, the removal company left a lot to be desired. So I wondered how it would be with Easy Storage. I needn't have worried. Les and Tim were extremely professional and took care of my possessions as if they were their own, They ensured that any walls and doors were fully protected and got on with their task with the minimum of fuss, even though we were on the 2nd floor and without a lift. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Storage based on this experience

My only point would be that maybe make it clearer that your collection/delivery is not in fact free as neither service would be possible without the two men for whom you charge £,80.
