Great customer service when I booked and flexibility in rescheduling due to covid issues.
One area of improvement might be providing more narrow windows or texting me estimated arrival - otherwise a perfect service with reasonable prices too.

A small library with big heart. Very friendly staff, always willing to help.
On one of my last visits, they were doing a survey to see if they could improve their services in any way.
I was also able to reserve a book at this library as there wasn’t a copy in the Ware library.
There are computers available and a limited amount of power points and desk space to work on your own laptop.
On some mornings there is a book reader for children, I’m unsure which days but the kids sounded like they had a wonderful time.

I received the promised phonecall and true to their word, Navin and Sat arrived bang on time!
After a quick assessment of the items to be stored, they put protection on the door and floor as required and started to fill up the pods.
Navin and Sat were very friendly, yet professional throughout their time at the property.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them and easy Storage again. Thank you for providing a great, hassle free service!!

Andy and Ryan were brilliant lads. They called in good time. Arrived ready to go. They were both helpful in discussing my needs and organising the pack into the van.
They treated my possessions well, and advised on best practices for packing and sealing. Great team. Would happily have them back again.
