Very professional and efficient! The guys who came over to load the storage container were very efficient and careful with our stuff. The loading/arranging of our things inside the container was done very well too! They did all of the heavy lifting from all parts of our house. Overall Tim and his mate were great in getting all of our stuff into the container!

Absolutely fantastic folks at EasyStorage! They truly care about proper customer service and have an amazing support team. In particular I’d like to highlight that John is an absolute true gentleman and quite honestly has the best service that I’ve ever received from anyone as a customer. John was incredibly caring and thoughtful for my circumstances on the day of when I came to collect my belongings in storage. My van broke down along the way to collection and he stayed behind at the storage facility for hours until I was able to get it up and running again. And then he also voluntarily helped me load my belongings in the van. A true gem, I’ll definitely be using easy storage again in the future.

Steve and Richard were an excellent team. Arrived as promised having called to give approx arrival time. They worked as quickly as they possibly could ....running up and down the stairs and packing each pod with planning to ensure they fitted as much as they could into the pods. Efficient courteous and very obliging ... would highly recommend.
