The whole process could not have been easier. After booking a pick up slot online we received a call 10 mins before arrival. David and Alex were very polite, professional and efficient loading contents in just 30 mins. The process was so much easier than the alternative of hiring a van, loading ourselves and taking goods to a storage depot. Would recommend.

They were due diligent and careful in making sure all my stuff was safely returned and in the rooms required. Really friendly, so helpful and made my move hassle free. Easy Storage we’re so professional from start to finish! My belongings have just returned to me after 9 months and everything arrived in pristine condition with no damages!
The two guys phoned me ahead of arrival and were very punctual! David and Alex arrived and were so pleasant and helpful and willing to help in any way! They were respectful of my home and belongings and unloaded very quickly. They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. A great job done and carried out with cheer!

I had the pleasure of David and Alex taking care of my move. From start to finish I was so impressed with the service. Very professional and put me at ease as soon as they arrived. They took time to not only pack up my house but ask how I was feeling about the move. Really genuine, lovely guys who made a stressful situation (almost) fun. I hope they do the unpacking too!!
