Booked collection just before Christmas then return 3 months later. Both Maurice and Nati helped us each time and we couldn't wish for a better pair. We had no lift but lots of stairs which they took in their stride. They helped keep everything safe and get awkward large furniture down and up safely . Managed to get it all done quickly and with a happy attitude. 5/5,10/10 full marks from us and recommended to friends!

We had arranged for our storage to be collected around 11-12 pm, we had received contact from the company advising us the team would be late due to a job over running - as we was informed with in enough time prior to our slotted time this was not an issue. The guys turned up and got right to work. Both really friendly and professional! The job was done and dusted within 40 minutes and we had no issues! Everything was handled with care and i felt happy knowing my stuff was safely stored away in its sealed containers. Highly recommend
