Polite, punctual and proper! Shane, Charlie & Tony done a fantastic job of reducing our 50ft conifer down to 25ft, did it safely and in a way that kept all the neighbours happy. Everything that came down was put through a chipper and taken away. Neighbours gardens left as they were before. Very happy with the service and price. Highly recommend.

Cannot thank Shane enough for coming to the rescue of a kitten stuck in a tree for two nights.<br>After hours of being on the phone with the RSPCA, Fire Brigade and calling 5 tree surgeons, Shane called me back, having missed my initial call.<br>Within minutes he rushed over and climbed the tall tree, speaking softly to the kitten the whole time to help keep him calm.<br>Everyone involved was blown away by his kindness and compassion. Thank you so so much.

Shane cleared a laurel hedge that had grown much too deep, and ground out the stumps. He also shaped some trees and shrubs. Shane and his colleague were friendly, professional and polite all day. They did a great job and tidied up really well.

Shane came and gave a quote (which I thought was very reasonable), and we agreed a date. The work was done quickly with no mess, and they were friendly and polite. I recently enquired about getting a tree removed. Shane’s expertise was evident during our conversation. He spent time considerable time understanding the problem and giving me advice on options I could take. I appreciated the time he spent with myself and I thought he was very informative, patient and very friendly. While I've yet to use their services due as I’m pending approval for a tree to be removed, I’ll be using Lewis Tree Care to do the work as I’m already impressed with them.
