I had an issue with domain authentication. It was taking long than expected. So I reached out to support for help.
It's through the support that I learned that the issue was my dmarc TXT record. They appeared to be duplicate _dmarc records in my DNS zone.
After being guided on how to resolve the issue, the problem was resolved sooner than I had expected by the help of Raymond and Gaston.

I’m on the unlimited plan, and Systeme.io assigned Amira from the migration team to move my business over. She was excellent. When my domain authentication ran into a snag with duplicate DNS records, she flagged it right away, sent clear instructions, and offered to check my setup. Once the records were corrected, the domain was verified within a day. She then built and tested my quiz, so the results appear on screen and every submission reaches me. It all works ahead of an event I’m hosting in November. She answers quickly, explains things in plain language, and tests her work before handing it over. I’d gladly work with her again and recommend the migration team to anyone making the switch. Systeme.io’s customer service team provides excellent and response. They are easy to work with, and my questions were answered quickly.
