Absolutely brilliant service. My 91 year old Dad lost the key to his mobility scooter.
I phoned for advice and they offered to deliver a replacement key the next day - only £10 for key and delivery and Dad lives in the next town. Thank you so much Classic Mobility.

I would like to thank the lady in this shop as she was so nice and professional put me at ease right away. We needed to hire a wheelchair chair for my wife as well wanted a trip into London ( we had travelled down from Scotland) she was able to hire me a lovely wheelchair that would fold down and fit in the back of the car wonderful and the price £20 what exalent value we will definitely go back to this lovely shop the next time we are in Hertford many thanks a happy Scottish couple

I hired a folding electric wheelchair for a week, and it was brilliant. Great little chair, really reasonable hire prices, and excellent staff. Lauren is fabulous, friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to upgrade my current chair.

I hired a mobility scooter whilst down in Hertford visiting family from CM. This fantastic service enabled me and my family to explore part's of the area I would not have been able to before. I look forward to using this service again and for longer.
The staff were brilliant aswell, explaining the functions of the scooter clearly to me.

6weeks ago I contacted CM, in desperate need of a wheelchair for my father who was non mobile following a very quick decline in his illness, it was answered by an extremely helpful and understanding young man, he told me if I arrived at CM the following morning at 8.30am I could pick up a wheelchair for my father. (As it was no longer considered suitable for hire) .but for my father it was a lifeline.
I was eternally thankful for his act of kindness and I have repeated this to so many people. As an example of goodwill and kindness.
My father sadly passed away last week and so I have since returned it to CM, where I understand they are now donating it to Isabel hospice, another very kind gesture.
I met another member of their staff when returning and she was also very helpful.
I cannot recommend this business enough.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good range of equipment. Small niggle: if you are selling disability equipment there should be a slope on to the road.

Their friendly team were really supportive when I went into their Hertford showroom to enquire about mobility aids for myself. Being in my 30's I was conscious that I may be younger than their usual customer but they couldn't have been more accommodating or knowledgeable. Thank you.
