Hi, I’m Paula and I provide a personal 1:1 diet service AND I’m your biggest cheerer oner!!!

I have tried so many different diets over the years and then put the weight straight back on (plus more), ending up in a size 20!! I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 and High Blood Pressure and put on medication for both ailments.

My Diabetes raised to a level of 98 (should have been between 44-48) and I realised I needed to do something urgently. I met a lovely lady who was a 1:1 Diet Consultant who had lost over 5 stone and I decided to give it a go - after all what did I have to lose!

What is The 1:1 Diet?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and is designed for you, and only you. 

With products delivered to your door, each one is cheaper than a fancy coffee and when I started, I soon saw a difference. How? Well I did not feel hungry and was no longer feeling sluggish and had the permanent support of my consultant all the way to cheer me on my journey.

There were so many products to choose from, not just shakes, all around 200 calories each, so extremely easy to count and as I followed the steps, I got closer to my goal weight.

The 1:1 Diet plan gave me knowledge about different foods "who would have known that carrots were calorific." I was able to see where I had been going wrong over the years as I had been piling my plates with vegetables!

I was able to realise that my body only needed around 1300 calories a day (as I am not very active), so what can I say - I lost 4 and a half stone without a trip to the gym (heaven).

My diabetes level is now 42, so in a years’ time when I am tested again, hopefully it will still be the same and I can then say I have reversed my diabetes - I cant wait, I am now in a size 12 Wahoo!!!

I can honestly say I feel so much healthier.

It doesn’t matter if you only have a stone to lose or 20 stone, I have a plan to suit you.

So how do I start I hear you say?

• Pick up the phone up and give me a call and we can have an initial telephone consultation where I will take down some details i.e. any ailments or medication and book a face to face meeting.
• I will check all details with doctors to confirm which step you would be able to start on.
• I will then send you through product details and ask you to choose what products you would like to start your plan with.
• We will then meet and I will go through the plan with you and have a weigh in, book the next weigh in for a weeks’ time and then I will take payment and give you the products you have chosen for the week. (I can provide a home service if necessary)

I will be at the end of a phone if you have any questions or queries and I will send you text messages or emails to give you support, I will be your own personal cheerer oner, no more embarrassing group sessions to sit through.
