About Kimberly

Hi, I’m Kimberly and I am passionate about working with people and building relationships with my clients. I have extensive experience of advising companies on their HR, both as an in-house HR Director and as an external HR consultant spanning three decades. I love my job and get great satisfaction from helping my clients ensure they are compliant with all aspects of employment law to protect their businesses

After working in London for many years, 5 years ago I decided to move to East Sussex and leave the rat race behind. This means that I can offer local businesses in the Hastings area the benefit of a wealth of HR experience gained from working with large, well-known companies.

The most important thing for me when I work with a client is that they consider me part of their team. To achieve this I work on building a relationship based on trust with my clients and go that extra mile to make sure that their business can focus on its priorities, while I take care of all of their employee-related issues. This is much appreciated by my clients, which is why my longest-standing client has stayed with me for 16 years.

I pride myself on having integrity and excellent communication skills which I am particularly able to use when dealing with staff grievances, which a lot of employers struggle with. I strive to get to the bottom of what the problem is and then work out the best strategy to resolve the problem, leaving the employer and employee with a much healthier working relationship when the grievance has been identified and resolved.
