I've worked for Insight 6 for several years and have found them to be excellent employers. Always been paid on time and have found them to be understanding with any problems I encounter. Standards sometimes feel like a tall order, but that's because they want to deliver the best to their customers.

I discovered Insight6 (or Shopper Anonymous as it was then) when I retired from full time employment 3 years ago. I was looking for some part time work that would be interesting and totally different from what I had been doing during my working life. The training and backup I received was excellent and the team soon understood the type of jobs that interested me. I have always had positive feedback from my reports and payment has always been prompt. The team have always been very professional and helpful and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for some interesting part time work.

I have done mystery shopping for Insight 6 Sussex for the last few months. I found them to be professional, helpful and they also pay for all the work I've completed in a timely manner. Their fees are fair and they give clear guidance on what is expected of their mystery shoppers when undertaking work for them. The initial phone call was very useful in terms of providing information and setting expectations. Reports are graded bronze/silver/gold and the Insight 6 Sussex team are genuinely keen for their shoppers to achieve silvers and, ideally, golds. This is a Mystery Shopping company that do appreciate their shoppers and I suspect that the end result of that is that they get a better quality of feedback that they can pass onto their clients.

When I started working for insight6 as a mystery shopper I was surprised at how professional the business is.

The training i received was great, and the grading i receive after each report, makes me always try to get a Gold standard report.

The feedback i get is useful, and even near the beginning of my time with insight6 when a report was not up to the standard required, i was still paid my fee for the job.

I would certainly recommend insight6 to anyone that is looking for a flexible role, that allows you to have different experiences!

Great company to work for, I have been completing work under Insight6 for just over two years now. Right from the beginning the Sussex team have been extremely supportive and helpful. I believe their report system to be extremely fair giving local company’s a real insight to what level of customer service is being given by their staff members and businesses. Insight6 have given me the flexibility to be a stay at home mum with the extra benefit of family days out and sociability! 2020 here’s to another good year of local businesses helping each other!

We set up Feedback with Shopper Anonymous so that we could gauge what our clients thought of us and how we could improve our service to them. We were extremely happy to receive almost entirely positive feedback and some great comments about our team. I honestly wonder how anyone can put a robust plan for their business in place without this service. I was absolutely delighted to discover Shopper Anonymous. Previously I had had to recruit my own mystery shoppers and, although effective, the info provided isn't as convenient or measurable as the data we receive back from Shopper Anonymous. We have only used them sparingly so far but based on the service we have received so far we are planning an annual schedule that will feed into the Schools Development Plan at a number of levels. I would have no hesitation about recommending this service. An absolute must for anyone serious about their business and a first rate service.

We have used Shopper Anonymous in our business for approximately 5 years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. We have 4 reports per month covering different areas of the business. The reports are always very detailed and provide a useful feedback from the customer perspective. In my experience Shopper Anonymous are highly customer service focused and alongside the monthly reports, have provided training sessions and conducted surveys.
