Oscar the therapy dog

It's been well documented that dogs can help ease anxiety and calm even the most nervous of people.

So having Oscar around at the is clinic is a wonderful way to help reduce levels of anxiety for those of a nervous disposition that are undergoing dental treatment. Oscar is the fabulous therapy dog (in training - soon to be qualified) at A. G. Smiles Dentistry & Aesthetics.

He's the perfect pooch for helping patients to relax - he loves nothing more than snuggling in reception, helping you feel nice and relaxed before you go in for treatment. And then once you're all done, he'll be waiting outside to give you a high five! He's a very special boy who looks forward to meeting you

Hygienist treatments

Oral hygiene is vital for avoiding issues with your teeth. The hygienist at A. G. Smiles Dentistry & Aesthetics will give your teeth and gums a thorough clean, beyond the type of clean you can achieve at home, and remove any staining. 

Services include:

• 30 minute or 60 minute hygiene treatment (60 minute treatment has the option of using anaesthetic)
• In surgery, take home or combination teeth whitening
• Air polish
• Diamond polish
• Peridontal splint

Facial Aesthetics

These treatments range from Botox to cheek and lip fillers to help with reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 

Treatments are completed by fully qualified, experienced practitioners, so you know you're always in safe hands.

Facial aesthetics services include:

• Botox treatments can focus on 1-3 different areas but also as an effective treatment to prevent teeth grinding or sweat prevention. 
• Fillers include lip dermal fillers, cheek fillers or nasal labial filler.
