The Games are fast approaching, with the Olympic Games taking place between 27 July and 12 August and the Paralympic Games from 29 August to 9 September.

As part of the London 2012 Travel Advice to Business programme to inform businesses of the travel impacts during the Games and helping businesses to prepare, London 2012 is running workshops and drop in sessions in the Earls Court area.

The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will impact the public transport and road network in certain places at certain times during the Games.  For businesses, the Games are a huge opportunity - but also a logistical challenge. The Games is likely to impact staff, deliveries and customers in this area.

To help businesses prepare, a series of workshops and drop in sessions are available across London. These workshops will provide you with an overview of the transport impacts in your area. The next workshops in the area are:

• 15 March: 0930–1130 and 1300-1500 and 9 May at the same times.

To register email keeponrunning@london2012.com.

Drop-in sessions are available for businesses to speak with a team of experts on the local impacts of the Games in your area.  The next drop in sessions in the area will be held on:

• 22 March and 17 May: 1000-1600 at The Troubadour, 263-7 Old Brompton Road, London, SW5 9JA

There is no need to book for these.

Get ahead in your business travel planning and keep informed.
