YOUR WEEKLY RECIPE
Feta, Watermelon and Sunflower Seed Salad
Lovely on a warm summer evening.
Ingredients
200g of beans
350g of watermelon flesh
250g of feta, cubed
About 20 black olives
4 tablespoons of fresh mint, roughly chopped
2 pinches of garlic salt
3 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
Method
Gently cook the green beans for 3 – 4 minutes, then drain and plunge into cold water.
Cut the watermelon into small chunks and place in a large bowl with the feta and the drained, cooled beans and olives.
Put all the remaining ingredients (except the sunflower seeds) into a jar and shake. Drizzle over the salad
Finish by scattering sunflower seeds on the top.
CELULLITE BLITZING FIT TIP
Step up to the cellulite free zone
Cellulite is a problem area for a lot of us. Science suggests that it is genetic and although there is no simple cure, try the fit tip below and see if it makes a difference.
Stand in front of a step or box with your feet a hip-width apart. Slowly bend your knees and hips and jump onto the box or step whilst swinging your arms to generate momentum (try and jump as high as you can). Step down and do this again. Repeat movement twice a day, doing 8 sets of 10, to see an improvement.
