Trilogy Bootcamp has been an absolutely fantastic experience. I have always been a member of a gym felt I had no other choice in getting a varied workout, but finding Trilogy has given me what I have been looking for as its exercising in a motivated and fun outdoor environment, along with giving the best results I have ever had from any fitness training. Ben is motivated and knowledable and not only offers great thought out sessions each week but also valuable advice on eating and lifestyle which all contribute to feeling fitter, fresher and more motivated to keep training than ever, as the results in just four weeks are noticeable in both energy levels and the important loss of inches! I would not hesitate to recommend Trilogy, and I will certainly not be going back to the gym. Instead I will continue to train with Trilogy.
The TRILOGY BOOTCAMP is an excellent formula for health and fitness: think top-notch personal training coupled with fun, like-minded people and effective results. I enjoyed every minute of this park-based training and cannot recommend it enough!

I've been going to Ben'd bootcamp for well over a year now, and it has become a way of life for me. I love exercising outside, the sessions are always varied so you never get bored, I've met some great people doing it and on top of that I feel fit and energetic, I can't recommend it highly enough. I absolutely love Ben's boot camp. He is a fantastic instructor - a good motivator, clear and well organised. The sessions are fun and always different. I highly recommend his boot camp for anyone looking to tone up, lose weight and re-find muscles you never knew you had!! You meet great people too! Louise

I often go for a morning walk in Ravenscourt Park and wondered how you joined the Trilogy bootcamp there. I was introduced to Ben by the Best of and started last week. It certainly gives you the energy to get through the day and even though I am older than the others I think I am doing OK! Ben makes it clear that you must only do what you feel you can.
I thought bootcamp would be hell-ish with screaming coaches with their foot on my back making me do push-ups. Actually its been extremely pleasant, friendly and a great workout for all the abilities in the class. Highly recommended no matter what shape you're in. Ben is a sensitive and inspiring coach!
I have been doing bootcamps with Trilogy at Ravenscourt Park for around 6 months and I absolutely love it - and I never thought I would say that about exercise! Its not about being shouted at or pressurised - the people are lovely, the activities are fun, and the sessions are run so that you can participate whatever level of fitness you are at. I've managed to lose weight and get fit- its nice though that Ben recognises that everyone slips up every now and again! He gives great and realistic advice on food and lifestyle - he's like an encyclopaedia! If you want to workout with great people, this would definitely be the class for you!

Ben got me in good shape for the summer and made exercise enjoyable, I even started looking forward to the early mornings! He is a total professional and I highly recommend the boot camps.
Ben's bootcamp is great. He gives plenty of encouragemant and is very knowledgeable about diet and exercise. Everyone can work at their own level. The exercises vary every session so you never get bored. Week by week you feel yourself becoming fitter. If you're feeling down or lethargic, the exercise gives you a real boost and you always feel wonderful afterwards.The groups are socialable and fun and everyone encourages each other. Perhaps the best thing for me is being outside. Much more pleasant to exercise in the park than in a stuffy gym. Bravo Ben!
The bootcamps are great. Very satisfying. They only take 45 mins and really set you up feeling fit for the rest of the day. It is my 3rd time with them now. I Have recommended this to others.
i have been going to Triology Bootcamp with Ben for over a year now. I cant remember how i found him but i am so please i did! the bootcamp idea has transformed the way i exercise and it has improved my fitness no end. the added advice and assistance with my eating habits and general lifestyle changes, although not easy to put into practice, have been an eye opener! ben gives you just the right mixture of firm encouragement and support, he seems to genuinely love his job and this shows in how many people get such good results with Triology, including me!
Thank you so much for the fabulous Trilogy/Ravenscourt Park bootcamp. I have found the bootcamp to be great physical exercise as well as enjoyable, informative and interesting - the variety of exercises kept it exciting and the nutrition advice was very helpful. There was a real feeling of team spirit which was very motivational and a good combination of individual, partner and team exercises and games. I loved the fact that there was a great vibe and not one of those bootcamps where you get yelled at all the time...but was friendly and sociable. The diet plan was useful and the regular motivational emails and suggested recipies helped keep me on track. After one month of bootcamp I had lost one and a half inches from my waist, one and a half inches from my hips and half an inch from each arm and upper thigh....so I dropped a dress size in a month in time for my wedding....great for those wedding photos! I also feel generally healthier and fitter and will definitely keep up the exercise and incorporate more healthy eating into my diet as a result. I never realized that exercise could be so much fun - beats the gym or jogging any day - and with much more noticeable results for me. I was also amazed at how much fitter I have become - I could not do a single press up when I started and can now do 27 in a row! I also learnt a lot about the myths and truths of dieting - a lot of which was a surprise to me - it has certainly changed my attitude towards going on a diet (which never actually worked that well in the past). Bootcamp was a great way to lose weight and tone up and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Ben found the fit and healthy person in me that just needed to be let loose. I am delighted with the results in terms of weight loss ( I have regained half my wardrobe that appeared to have shrunk) and how much fitness I gained. From not being able to do press ups to doing 15 was a huge achievement for me. The bootcamp was really convenient both for location and time and fitted in to my working day easily. Ben is a total professional who put us through our paces whilst recognising that we are not all natural-born athletes. I have put my money where my mouth is and signed up for another month!
