Nicki provided an outstanding level of help when organising my travel earlier this year, it was quite a complex set of flights so there were a ton of changes here and there and Nicki was quick to respond and provide incredible support in getting everything organised and keeping the costs down. Due to unforeseen circumstances unfortunately I actually had to end up cancelling my travel, again Nicki provided amazing assistance and was able to help with getting an unbelievable refund on my flights. I will no doubt use Nicki again in the future because of her fantastic service and will look nowhere else as I know Nicki will do her best to help me and I'm sure a lot of other customers feel the same. I will without a shadow of doubt be referring Nicki to all the people I know looking to book travel in the future.

Nicki is organising our wedding moon at the moment, this is the second holiday she’s arranged for us. She makes it all very easy and thinks of everything. Very attentive, listens to what you’re asking for and really goes the extra mile to make things easy for you. I always have many questions for her, and she always comes back very quickly with all the information you need. We had a meeting with Nicki about a month ago to discuss a cruise. She was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She is always in contact to inform us if the prices have changed and when would be the best time to book. We feel happy knowing that our Cruise holiday is in her safe hands.
