We really enjoyed our stay at Fermain Valley hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We got a free upgrade from the Venue to the main hotel where our room had a balcony. The breakfast was really nice. We also got a free shuttle to and from the airport which was a nice touch.

Rosie from Natura Aesthetics is super friendly and made me feel so at ease about having fillers. She was very informative about both the product and the procedure. All her experience as a nurse showed as I barely felt anything, she was so gentle. I love my lips and would 100% recommend Natura Aesthetics to anyone interested in enhancements.

Professional, friendly service throughout and gave a very quick turn around of the pictures!<br>Made the photo session very relaxed and gave pose suggestions for the best photo outcomes.<br>Loved all my photos and I would definitely recommend JR Photography!

I live in Guernsey and organised a spa day for my best friend's 40th for 7 of us and 2 extra for lunch only.
Limited for choice of spas here on island this is the best one but it's not a big place. If you book a spa day, you can use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room etc for free but the relaxation room and jacuzzi can get busy and there wasn't from for all of us to sit together at all times.
The staff are friendly and the place is quiet and clean.
Being part of the Handpicked group, it was hard to negotiate any discounts for a group but they did give us a bottle of prosecco a little goodie bag and the birthday girl had a birthday plate with some chocolates at lunch.
I've been to spas all over the world and there are definitely better convenience pointers and more space with better design in other places but for Guernsey, it's the one with the most modern facilities.

Smashing Hotel with lovely staff.
We had a problem with our sink not draining and the maintenance staff was at our door within 15 minutes.
Reception staff were very helpful and both the catering & housekeeping staff were great.
The hotel itself is beautiful in smashing surroundings, it's on various local bus routes so access is quite easy to arrange.
When we go back to Guernsey, we will not hesitate to stay here again
