During our trip, we needed to rearrange flights, which Amy arranged with out any hesitation. The team were helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. We have now started recommending Black Pineapple to all of our friends and can't speak highly enough of them.

I initially went to Amy as I know she’s an expert in Dubai and she had insights on which hotels would be best for families and advised which flights would be best for us with the children. When the war started Amy went over and above to find us a new holiday at short notice and ensured we got a refund from Emirates.
