A friendly gym with good exercise classes and gym equipment, with a need for more gym benches.<br><br>Despite being one of the larger gyms on the island, the gyms footprint is still relatively small for the amount of people that use it at peak times. Because of this, it gets pretty busy.<br>There's a good number of machines and free weights. But only half the number of benches the gym needs. To make the most of the price point, you need to use more than just the gym.<br>But:<br>- gym equipment is good and kept up-to-date.<br>- Staff are friendly and welcoming.<br>- Showers are clean and nice, with tall locker options.<br>- cleanliness is clearly part of the gyms eticate.<br>- good range of free weights.<br>- a reasonable number of racks.<br>- a good number of endurance machines.<br>- maybe too many running machines...<br>- good number of rowing machines.<br>- a sparadic number of kettle bells.<br>- indoor and outdoor pools.<br>- Tennis courts.<br>- 1 squash court.<br><br>Would recommend!
