Regency staff were always polite, helpful and friendly. They ordered promptly and when there was a delay with the order arriving from England, they kept me up to date and advised what my options were. The two delivery men were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and left the room immaculate.

We were given plenty time try out the mattresses. We would have liked a bit more information about the construction. We also purchased a headboard this arrived without the wooden supports, Regency promptly informed us they had some we could have, but could not give us a delivery day,so we collected them ourselves. Comfy mattress.

The salesman was clear and helpful and the price for the bed and mattress I bought was satisfactory and seemed good value. I am pleased with the bed which was put up for me by the delivery men at no charge as I would be unable to do it myself. Nor did I have to wait more than a few days for delivery whereas I expected a wait of several weeks.

Good quantity of all prices in the range of furniture of all types. Easy to look around without being hassled but help is always at hand when required. Once choice was made it was easy and without fuss to pay. Delivery was arranged very quickly and easily. Would go again.
