We have only been using Perelle Butchery for a few months but already we are soooo pleased we have. The staff are so friendly when you go in and the premises are spotless. Now on to the food.....we have never been disappointed and our first purchase was Christmas turkey and Perelle Butchery did not let us down. We love their Perelle Sizzler Sausages and love the fact they sell some locally grown vegetables too. Nothing is too much trouble. So if you feel let down by your regular butchers recently give Perelle Butchery a visit - worth the drive from the north of the island in our case!
