Wow, wow, wow, we had a four night stay at the beginning of May and can only speak highly of this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and a couple of tiny issues we had, were rectified immediately. Service in the bar and restaurant was great, staff in the restaurant helpful with local information and the food is so good. We had an afternoon tea, a lunch, breakfast everyday and also a taster of the lunchtime grill - all of the food is excellent, thanks to the chef and his team. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely like to return for another visit.

We were disappointed as our luxury Queen room was small and only had a double bed. We thought it was more a three star. There was a stain on the carpet and a gap around the bath overflow and the whole room was tired. we expressed our concerns at the time but were told that they were fully booked

Fermain Valley Hotel Guernsey August 16th 2024
The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot 10mins from St Peters Port (Main Town) and 10mins from the airport.
Service and staff excellent (special mention to Dan, Daniel, Paulo, Josh and the lovely ladies on reception who cannot be more helpful.
The setting is stunning with views of Fermain Bay, which is delightful, there is no better place for breakfast !.
The reception team really are terrific, nothing too much trouble.
We had a different room this time (37)....a nice room.
Thanks for a great stay.....we will be back again.

I have been to Baan Thai a few times now and enjoyed the food and drink thoroughly each time. I’ve tried a bunch of different bubble teas - strawberry, brown sugar, and Thai tea, and they were all so good! They are made with a lot of care, especially the brown sugar which has a torched crunchy sugar topping.<br><br>I went today to try and the food, and it was really excellent! We ended up getting the party menu as everything looked so good. There are several varieties of “party menu” which offer a combination of starter and main dishes. They are about £26-30pp. We loved every single one of our starters and mains. We have come from London and tried lots of nice Thai restaurants here and Baan Thai food quality is really excellent. The service is great too, food was served promptly and staff are polite and friendly.<br><br>Will definitely return.
