A pretty building in a perfect location, I love Guernsey. Elegant room with cute balcony and kettle and facilities cleverly enclosed in a big fitted cupboard. Love everything about it ( except maybe the TV eas a bit too large). The restaurant and the gardens are beautiful, helpful and friendly staff and lovely food.

I can absolutely recommend Dr Hagen Voehrs! My husband had an appointment some weeks before my appointment and he told me that this was the best dentist he had ever visited in his life. And I think he is right, Dr Hagen Voehrs is the best dentist I have ever been to! I am always super afraid when it comes to a dentist appointment and he was so emphatic, careful, but also very detail oriented and accurate. He didn't take an x-ray, because I did one at another dentists' ordination in Austria, so he wanted to ask the other doctor about the x-ray instead of just making a new one. He didn't want more radiation load for me as necessary. I know some dentists would sell you everything just to make money.<br>Dr Hagen Voehrs doesn't. He wants to make sure that you are getting the best treatment thats possible. So he definitely is my number 1 dentist.

The best dentist experience I have ever had in my life with Dr Hagen Voehrs from Guernsey Smile Center.<br>I feared that I had a hole in one tooth because of a stinging tooth nerve pain so I arranged an appointment.<br>Dr. Voehrs has been recommended to me recently and now I know why.<br>Not only did he examine all teeth in an extremely precise, holistic but also very careful way, an x-ray record was done, he explained every step as well as the x-ray results in detail and in words I as a layperson could easily follow, let me watch the process in a handmirror, but he also examined the jaw to exclude all possible causes for the tooth pain, explained further possible causes and recommendations to me. Very very service-oriented and completely outstanding compared to my experiences and the ones of friends and family in Austria. Above that all, for this excellent service, it'a a really remarkable attractive price performance ratio.<br>The chance is high that you won't fear the dentist any more when you get to know Dr. Voehrs.

We attended the cocktail-making class at (I believe in George's bar) for a birthday celebration, and it was a fantastic experience! Shaminee, our instructor, was absolutely superb. She not only taught us how to make delicious cocktails but also made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable and fun. Her knowledge and enthusiasm truly made the class special. The cocktails were also absolutely delicious! We tried to replicate Shaminee's cocktail making but she's in a class of her own. We were also served snacks for the class which were also stunning! The salmon and the crab were so fresh and tasty!
Shaminee is a real asset to the hotel, providing excellent customer service and personalising the experience for each of us. The hotel itself is beautiful, and although we didn't stay overnight, the ambiance and the exceptional service from the staff made a strong impression. I would love to return and stay in the future based on what I saw.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a great time while learning something new!
