Silvi and the team at Firstcall did a fantastic job helping me find a new role in the summer of 2017.
I first made contact with Silvi a couple of years ago when I was considering my career options and he kept me up to date with recent developments in the job market from that date forwards.
When at the end of 2016 I knew I would need to be searching for a new role around June 2017 I asked Silvi to keep a look out for me.
True to his word Silvi kept an eye on the market for me and got in touch around May time to say a role I was perfect for was about to be placed on the market.
I am now in that role and really loving the new challenge.
Silvi's attention to detail, his knowledge of the market and his ability to make contact at the right time is second to none and I fully recommend and value the effort he puts in to find candidates the right role for them.

I was recommended to this agency through a friend; as soon as I got in contact with Firstcall, I felt like I was treated exactly how I'd want to be, respectfully! The whole aspect of this agency is incomparable to all the other recruitment businesses on the island, as I have experience in dealing with almost all of them, Marcel did everything he could when it came to job offers, he was also understanding, polite, open minded and always coming back with positive updates. I'm very thankful to him for all his help, and thanks to him I was successful in finding a position which has worked for me, I'm happy I followed his honest help and advice.

Responding to my initial contact within a couple of hours, Dion immediately arranged for a meeting in which he offered a thorough and friendly service, showing great instincts by suggesting a position which I then went on to gain a week later. From my personal experience at Firstcall I can honestly say it was life changing, they constantly kept me updated with all vacancies that became available that suited my profile. My consultant Dion was an amazing help, he offered me insight and support from filling in the application form to interview techniques. I can also say that it was a surprise when I found out he was a trainee and not a fully qualified member of staff due to his professional attitude and knowledge.
