I’d spoken with Marcel on multiple occasions about a sense of unease I was feeling in my previous position, and a lack of progression or responsibility thus leading to demotivation and eventually an inevitable career change. He managed to convince me not to make any rash decisions without consultation, which, from my perspective was awe-inspiring as he was willing to take the time to help me and listened tentatively. His advice was incredibly useful as when most people are in a position of discomfort they generally jump at any opportunity. We’d spoke on many occasions about specific types of jobs that would be of interest and he went out on a whim for me to research and also push through the pipeline the position at my new employer. He sped the process up by poking the theoretical beehive, being the recruitment agent at the company, to get me an interview and basically made the entire process of job swapping an absolute breeze. As a professional I can only give him the utmost respect for the dedication he puts in for First Call and I hope him nothing but the best for the future. I personally have recommended him to people who are looking at potential career transitions or company moves. Thank you again for the help first call have provided and the service.
