Our highly anticipated Domes at The Duke returns on Friday, November 17th. With scenic views of Candie Gardens and the sea beyond, our Domes provide the perfect festive haven to enjoy our party menu, afternoon tea, breakfast and an exclusive winter à la carte menu.
We have three domes available for booking: two that seat 6 guests and one that seats 8 guests. A minimum spend of £300 applies to the 6-guest domes and £400 to the 8-guest dome, along with a pre-order requirement.
Locally Sourced Produce
We pride ourselves in sourcing as much local produce as possible. Our Executive Head Chef Richard Frankham and his team have created menus featuring an abundance of local dishes incorporating Guernsey beef, seafood, fruit, dairy, vegetables and herbs.
Opening Hours
Breakfast: from 8:00am until 11:00am
Lunch: from 12:00pm until 14:00pm
Dinner: From 18:30pm onwards
Afternoon tea: From 15:00pm until 17:30pm
