A three mile long fun run around Herm Island for runners of all abilities.
Registration on the day from 1.30-2.45pm.
Start time 3pm.
Meet on the grass at the harbour (or in the office if wet).
No entry fee but donations in lieu to St. John Ambulance.
The route is just under 3 miles long anti-clockwise around the coast of Herm Island from the harbour, cutting in across the common at Shell Beach and back to the harbour finish point.
Open to adults and children, they have various category prizes and lots of spot prizes with the overall winner being awarded the Herm Run Cup which has been given out since 1977!
NB: On a warm day the heat will be an issue for many runners. The only water station will be at Belvoir Bay. Parents should accompany children for registration and must be responsible for their own children during the race if they are in year 5 and below. There are no marshals along the route so please accompany any child if you have doubts about their ability to complete the race.
