Youth Camerata presents the talents of dedicated young Guernsey musicians at St James on Saturday 21 September.

Well established in the annual classical music calendar, this is a relaxed evening of short pieces, musical variety and youthful enthusiasm.  With two exciting ensemble line-ups and most performers making their Youth Camerata debut, it promises to be as uplifting and entertaining as always.

Soloists: Eloise Fabbri (Soprano), Rahil Annees (percussion), Maddie Devaney (flute), Louise Madden (voice), George Walker (viola), Jacob Wright (violin)

Accompanist: Fionnuala Ward

Elizabeth College Junior Quartet: Sam Cole, Joseph Stoller, George Walker & Archie Purdue

Cello Ensemble:  Elizabeth Gill, Noah Purdue, Evie Hart, Elisha Horsepool, Naomi Kewell, Benjamin Childs, Archie Purdue and Sam Davidson.

Programme will include works by Bach, Mayuzumi, Mozart and the exciting ‘Bachianas Brasileiras. No.5 by Villa Lobos for soprano and 8 cellos.

Admission free with a retiring collection.
