Wow, what can I say, if there were more stars, delivery, I was told expect anytime between 8-11, as your address is close to us I imagine you maybe first hour but no guarantees, no problem… so thought I have time to walk my dog so off I went, got a phone call from delivery men at 75o, hi regency bedding, I’m like wow, sorry I’m out with the dog assumed i’d hear from you much later, anyhow I’m five minutes away, no problem they delivered and took away old before I got back! Definitely pleased with this service, over and above well done regency, one very happy customer and the dog loves the new mattress she was the first one to test it !!

The salesman was very helpful, although I did get confused with my purchase and had to return it to the shop. But the staff were very understanding and the van drivers were polite and friendly, even though they were busy. I will definitely be buying some furniture from Regency in the future.
