Aged Beef

Scotch Sirloin Steak, Irish air dried ribeye, 28 day aged fillet steak. We have it all at Perelle. we only source the top 1% of selected beef, coming from the best farms across the UK and Ireland. We only use grass fed beef for all our beef products, from Fillet steak to Royal burgers.

Free Range Pork

We use high welfare outdoor reared pork which is produced on West End Farm, situated 700ft above sea level in the picturesque Wiltshire hills. This family run farm has been producing livestock across three generations. The pigs are free to roam outside in social family groups. Housed in large straw yards, the pigs have the space to forage and play, demonstrating all their natural behavioural characteristics.

Poultry

Using fresh British poultry gives us the advantage of working with the finest chicken available. This Farm Assured Red Tractor poultry really is fantastic. We make everything from Chicken fillets, chicken sausages to Southern style nuggets.

Nice 'N' Easy Range

A full range of ready to go meals made from fresh ingredients ready for the oven. We use only quality tried and tested recipes which are sure to be the new family favorites.

Awesome BBQ Range

The very best BBQ products available. From Royale Burgers with cheese and Bacon to Garlic Spatchcock Chickens to Mint and Garlic butterflied leg of Lamb.
