Firstcall is absolutely fantastic!! Josiah helped me find a job that fits my skills and interest. I had a wonderful experience from the beginning of my recruitment process all through to the end. I was introduced to Marcel at Firstcall last year through a friend as I was thinking, but also unsure about leaving my current employment which I had been at for many years. Instead of being 'pushy' as some recruitment agencies can come across as, he asked why I was unhappy with in my current job and took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve. Marcel listened and we kept in contact for many months and waited until I was ready to make the big step. Because he knew exactly what my skills were and what I was looking for to progress in my career path, he set up interviews perfectly suited to me (and during lockdown). I was also given advice before the interviews and was updated regularly with feedback.
