Marcel has been a delight to work with, he listened to what I did and did not want and only approached when he knew the role would be of interest. Which has been a frustration with other recruiters. Marcel demonstrated a high level of personal service throughout my dealings with him, unparalleled to others I have worked with previously.<br><br>Marcel also made some direct approaches to firms who did not have roles advertised at that time, resulting in some interesting conversations.<br><br>Whilst Marcel did not place me in my consent role (which was a direct approach) I would highly recommend Marcel to anyone seeking a new role.
