If you need to prepare potatoes in advance, simply peel and place in a pot of cold water and add a slice of white or brown bread!
The yeast in the bread will keep the potatoes fresh and white for up to 5 days. When you're ready to use them just rinse in fresh water and put on to boil as normal... Amazing!!!
