The visit was organised to convey to the Minister the efforts of the Glevum Security Training Academy and those of our partner referral processes (Gloucestershire College/ GFirst /Job Centre Plus and others).
The Minister quoted our efforts as “Gold Standard” and was pleased to be able to chat with one of our Mobile Patrol team (MPO Sean Crawford)who has been through our academy training process and into sustainable employment following a period of approx 2 years of unemployment.
Sean lives in Tewksbury and followed a referral process we have set up with our partners to provide his training and SIA licence fee Fully Funded. Sean has now been with Glevum Security Ltd over 6 months and has very quickly settled in to the team and has high hopes for his on-going career with Glevum and so do we.
