We have recently had our cloakroom re-fitted by Bikini bathrooms.Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The Bikini showroom staff were very helpful in helping us choose the most suitable furniture and fittings. The fitter, Keith, was excellent, very professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Where do I start? - Probably with a huge thank you! to the team at Bikini Bathrooms. I have only read about how some companies go the extra mile in delivering customer satisfaction - now I've experienced it for real.
I purchased a lovely shower valve from Bikini Bathrooms about 18 mths to 2 years ago. I have had an issue where the cartridge (the technical bit that makes it work properly) had failed.
The assistance I received from Bikini Bathrooms was superb - enabling me to diagnose the problem. I contacted the valve manufacturer who stated that the warranty had expired and I would be required to purchase a new cartridge.
Cormac at Bikini Bathrooms got involved and the following day - a new cartridge arrived - absolutely free of charge. - Fantastic.
I have truly experienced customer service at it's very best - thank you!

Bikini Bathrooms were brilliant! Everyone we dealt with were courteous and very helpful but particular thanks must go to Anne in the showroom who went through everything with us and Andy Earney who installed our bathroom to a very high standard. His artistic talents are second to none! He was great company and extremely hard-working, always leaving everything clean and tidy. We are now saving up to have the en-suite done as well! We have just finished a mammoth bathroom fitting installation - one bathroom, one en-suite , one cloakroom and one kitchen floor!! Andy Earney was with us most of the summer and almost became one of the family...he worked unstintingly throughout, was always immaculate in how he left our house each evening and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always sensitive to our needs and a professional craftsman.

Another excellent design and installation by the Bikini Team for our en-suite. Bredan took time to work through the details of the design with us, and provided very useful input for our particular requirements. Andy with his inimitable style put his stamp on the installation with the expected attention to detail, and tidiness being his trademark. Despite a few minor problems along the way all were resolved very quickly. Needless to say we were very pleased once again and now look forward to having our cloakroom revamped. Andy in particular is an excellent advert for the company, in fact we now look on him not just as our installer but also as a friend. He is very good company, always bright and cheerful and ready for a joke. The installation is undertaken with discussions throughout to ensure that we have what we want when the work is complete. We found out late on that Andy likes egg and bacon sandwiches, but he is well worth it. Once again we are pleased to recommendi Bikini. Well done the whole team.

From the minute I walked into Bikini Bthrooms they were all very helpful even when we went in and changed the bath and colour of vanity unit and bath panel,taps etc nothing was to much trouble. Andy came out and designed and talked everything through, when he started the work he did extras with no hassle gave advice and was very clean and tidy as long as you supplied tea. An excellent job done by all especially Andy Earney.

We can certainly recommend Bikini Bathrooms. Cormac & Anne in the showroom gave excellent advice in the selection of all aspects. The pricing was much better than an alternative we'd received. The commencement of the job had to be timed to correspond to an available slot to suit manpower availability (their services are in demand) but it was worth waiting for. Tiling was done by Andy & his eye for detail is superb. Keith the fitter is a true star & did a first class job from start to finish. The completed job is a testement to the professional operations from all of the Bikini Bathrooms team. We're very pleased indeed with their quality work & can certainly give them the highest recomendation.

An excellent bathroom job from start to finish. Cormac was very helpful with the selection of the items and ensured that everything was ready for our installer Andy to start on the agreed date. Even when a problem arose at one stage the matter was dealt with immediately by Andy and Cormac, and replacement items appeared next day, despite having to be ordered from Bikini suppliers at short notice. The installation was undertaken in a very efficient, meticulous and tidy way by Andy who was always willing to discuss any aspect of the work. He always has a smile on his face and has a great sense of humour, it was a pleasure to have him as our installer. No matter how good a company is, the lasting impression is not only how good the job turns out, but how the installer treats and reacts with the customer. On both accounts this was excellent as was the whole of the experience from start to finish. Just to show what an impression Andy has made, we are the second of the neighbours in our close to use him and Bikini, and two more neighbours are now likely to have work done by this company having seen the quality of the work. So impressed we are now going to have the en-suite completely replaced, and would wholeheartedly recommend both Bikini Bathrooms and Andy.

Andy is an exceptional fitter - he has a good eye for detail and is very capable - and his friendly approach was much appreciated. The teamwork between Bikini and Andy meant that each project was completed to a high standard, with minimum fuss and turned out exactly as we had imagined.
