It is all go in Kirkcaldy tomorrow (Sat 29th Oct) with the opening of the refurbished High Street. There will be a continental market and street performers. Kingdom Fm are hosting a road show and Keith Duffy will be making an appearance. The official ceremony will be at 5PM and includes switching on the new Civic Lighting, the new lighting will highlight certain buildings and the idea is to keep the High Street warm and attractive throughout the winter months, I am looking forward to seeing it.
On Thursday the third of November East Vows Complimentary Health are offering taster sessions in various therapies at Rejects shop in Kirkcaldy. The proceeds go to PSPA (progressive supranuclear palsy association) which is a devastating disease – it tends to leave the sufferer mentally alert, but deprived of balance, mobility, vision or speech, even the ability to blink or swallow is affected.
The week of the 8 -15th Nov is Fife Business Week, which offers a range of workshops and business events throughout Fife. If you haven't already got some of the events in your diary have a look at www.fifebusinessweek.co.uk at least you still have a week to go.
