Excellent customer service & sound advice. Troy was really helpful when I was looking to buy a new iPhone, he gave us honest advice about which was the best model to go for & why, then when the model I got didn't work properly he got straight on the phone to his supplier, asked for the same model of a similar quality (it was refurbished) and got it delivered for the next day. He then helped to set it up in shop to make sure the new phone was working properly. They also offer a 12 month guarantee which is really useful. Really lovely people & clear to see that they care about all of their customers.
