This unique event is run by and raising funds for Devon Air Ambulance and The Royal Marines Charity. It is the only opportunity a civilian gets to undertake the grueling training endurance course across Woodbury Common, Lympstone, near Exmouth.

When you take part you do exactly what the Marines do as part of their training to qualify for the coveted Green Beret.

There are three distance events to choose from; the 4k "Cheerfulness" course where you undertake purely the endurance training course, the 10k 'Courage' course which includes a 3k run to and from the endurance course and the 17k 'Courage' distance which includes 6 1/2 km run to and from the course.  They are all team events, great fun for groups of friends and team building for businesses too!'

The site has all the facilities you need including hot showers, parking, changing, secure baggage area plus catering and bar.

The numbers are limited to four thousand, which may sound a lot, but the event always sells out in advance. So get your team together, organise your fundraising and sponsorship and register now for The Royal marines Commando Challenge.
