What was an officer’s mess in Honeybourne near Evesham is now new ‘frontline’ postal service for the troops.

Mail Call or www.mailcall.co.uk has been launched by Simon Launder and Jason West both former servicemen – the new venture will  dispatch many thousands of parcels to our  troops all over the World, with many serving on the frontline in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Jason, from Moreton im Marsh, whose brother was in Iraq last Christmas said that he had tried to find a service which would allow me to send some items  out to him.Nothing seemed to be available so we have set it up !

Mail Call orders will be shipped out twice a week once fully up to speed.

Anything can be sent to the troops to give them some links back to home, whilst raising some money for charity.Simon, from Bretforton said how much something from home meant when away from home and home comforts, it means a lot to the troops too get a something from the UK.

Every parcel will include a message from the sender.

The Mail Call service is donating 10%of its profits to the Help for Heroes charity and the SSAFA, the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association.
