On Thursday 2nd February, a group of local business owners celebrated Buds & Blooms' 15th anniversary by throwing a surprise party for owner, Shilu Amin. The party was held at Layla's restaurant who were marvellous hosts.
Guests started to gather at 12.30pm and just after 1pm Shilu arrived for what she thought was going to be a working lunch! She was quite taken aback when we presented her with:
The guests who were able to attend included Alison and Emma from The Art Agency, Beccy from Jill Zander, Roger and Suzie from Clarke's Interiors, Andrina from Blink and two of Shilu's "Buds", Nicola and Charlotte. Many others had also contributed to the party but were unable to attend due to short-staffing or being fully-booked. They were missed but they did get a chance to write their goodwill messages in the congratulatory card.
